BRPOA Rail Access: Notice Effective 1:30PM, June 15, 2011

The BRPOA will not be renewing the Railroad Liability Insurance for 2011 for the four rail vehicles on the DOT Sub-Permit. The four vehicle owners have decided that the liability insurance premium is too expensive to continue coverage for 2011. As such, the owners of the four vehicles will no longer be required to pay for this coverage.

All owners of the four rail vehicles covered under this insurance policy must end rail operations from Big Moose Station (MP 69.30) to Beaver River (MP 77.60) as of 1:30 PM on 6/15/2011.
